While you do not have to register on the site to apply for jobs or look at the job board, we highly recommend you do! This way you can use the dashboards we have worked hard on!
You regulate who can see your resume. You can keep it private or public.
Each job posting is different. Most jobs you can apply right on the description page, these job applications will show up in your dashboard. If a job requires you to apply on their page or through email, it will not show up in your dashboard.
