Responsibilities include…


  • Overall advanced account management and coordination with the clients and internal agency team
  • Being super creative
  • Create social media and digital strategies for a variety of industries and be confident in presenting them
  • Be almost be creepy good at Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Google+
  • Show enthusiasm and the ability to learn any new or emerging social media channels
  • Provide brand direction to graphics dept and video team members when needed
  • Create content for daily posting on all social media channels
  • Provide daily interaction with client social media pages
  • Must have prior experience managing Facebook and LinkedIn Advertising platforms for business *Any Google or Facebook Certifications are a plus
  • Be advanced in explaining the results with translation of Google Analytic
  • Work within the team to provide new ideas
  • Use the budgets provided to help the ad team execute online ad campaigns
  • Create, manage and show results for online contest and giveaways
  • Track, analyze and report social campaign performance on a monthly basis using company reporting tools
  • Build online followings and an interactive community on fans and followers
  • Position requires some travel



  • Has 5+ years of marketing experience, with strong digital marketing and social media understanding
  • Has 3+ years of experience driving B2C social media channels
  • Has a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or closely related field
  • Is willing to go above and beyond for clients and provide the results to match expectations
  • Can provide prior campaign experience and results with Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google+, Facebook, YouTube, blogging, etc
  • Is a problem solver with strong analytical and critical thinking skills who exercises independence and excellent judgment
  • Is knowledgeable about how PPC and social work together
  • Prior experience managing or overview of paid social media
  • Must be able to react and adjust to change quickly
  • Has outstanding writing and grammar skills
  • Is a self-starter in a fast paced environment and does not need to be micromanaged
  • WordPress experience

Photo editing skills would be a plus - Photoshop, Indesign, or Illustrator


Compensation – DOE $48,000+
