- 3-5 years’ experience selling enterprise software solutions to large enterprise clients
- Must have demonstrated experience selling solutions to HR Leaders e.g. Learning, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Onboarding, Mentoring / Coaching solutions
- Have a Rolodex of contacts especially with Fortune 1000 clients
- Proven track record of successful sales of enterprise platforms
- Passionate about making a difference and helping people
- Good understanding of SaaS platforms, a huge plus
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, Self-starter and creative
- Up to 50% travel may be necessary
- Prefer bachelor’s degree, but not necessary
- Work location will be in Phoenix
