Are you a tech savvy, detail-oriented, customer service data nerd ready to step up to our next PPC Account Manager position? Our next account manager will advise clients on paid media strategy, manage multiple media projects, quantify return-on-investment and ensure accounts are performing to their greatest potential.

Daily duties

  • Oversee multiple paid media accounts in AdWords, Facebook Ads and other media platforms
  • Establish strategic direction for newly acquired accounts
  • Analyze and review account metrics to determine performance improvements
  • Conduct monthly phone meetings and ongoing email updates with clients
  • Oversee account changes and deliverable schedules
  • Ensure accounts remain in scope and perform ongoing changes
  • Delegate task execution to dedicated project manager
  • Identify additional sales opportunities during account management
  • Maintain high client satisfaction
  • Serve as liaison between client and production team
  • Compile monthly reporting and data to drive account insights and strategy

  • Paid media projects have a lot of moving parts, so you’ll become an expert at Asana, Atlassian products, Harvest and more
  • You’ll need to be on time for every meeting. Consistently late? Probably not a good fit.

  • Every quarter we hang out and go paint balling, go karting, bowling or whatever seems fun at the time


  • 2-3 years of account management experience in the digital marketing space
  • Basic to strong understanding of AdWords, Facebook Ads, and other paid media outlets
  • Pleasant and professional communication skills when working with clients
  • Phenomenal attention to detail
  • Ability to work on up to 10 accounts simultaneously
  • Participate in client meetings to gather account requirements
