We are seeking an intelligent, creative and hardworking Paid Media Manager to join our team at Serendipit Consulting. The Paid Search Manager is responsible for management of PPC, Display, Remarketing and Social Ads campaigns. In addition to that, your work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of our online marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as the long-term growth of Serendipit. Agency experience preferred.


  • Manage paid search marketing campaigns using Google Adwords and Bing Ads
  • Create, measure, analyze and optimize digital marketing programs
  • Accurately managing digital campaigns to budget, as well as determining and managing campaigns to KPIs including CPA, ROI and ROAS
  • Track, measure and report online marketing performance regularly
  • Conduct keyword, trend and audience research
  • Auditing proper execution of approved media schedules across publishers
  • Modifying existing advertising copy in compliance with client guidelines to maximize traffic, volume, and/or share of voice
  • Assisting with digital strategy development for new, existing and potential clients
  • Providing insight and analysis of campaign performance on scheduled and ad-hoc basis
  • Following industry trends, new offerings from publishers and changes to existing products and services
  • Evaluate, research & recommend new online digital opportunities with projections that align to business goals
  • Utilizing programmatic ad buys and optimization tools to maximize media efficiency
  • Troubleshooting conversion scripting
  • Proactively originating new recommendations based on digital account performance and industry trends
  • Executing and managing all PPC and retargeting campaigns
  • Having an understanding of Google Analytics and other tracking tools
  • Having experience with setting up weekly and monthly reports for account team
  • Collaborate with internal teams


  • Bachelors Degree in a relevant field, 3+ years of experience with solid track record in lead generating
  • Internship experience preferably at an agency

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Keynote
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • In-depth understanding of CTR, CPA, CRO performance
  • Experience managing Google Adwords, Bing, bid automation software, DSP, RTB, tag management, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Understanding of social media advertising and its use in digital marketing with an in-depth knowledge of utilizing the right platforms for paid placement
  • Understanding of mobile, video and 3rd party ad serving
  • Must be able to read basic webpage source code
  • Understanding of how cookies, ad service and performance tracking works
  • Understanding of how search engines index content and displays results within a SERP
