Position: Title: Marketing Manager

Reports to: COO

Status: Full-time, salaried

 

COMPANY INFORMATION:

North&Co., is a local boutique brokerage in the heart of the Camelback corridor with 160 licensed sales agents, who primarily work inside the boundaries of Maricopa County. The company is known for its local, grass-roots, boutique operation that exclusively supports full-time, productive and professional sales agents.  The core tenets of the company are Specialization, Innovation, Commitment, Team Work and Authenticity.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The goal of this position is to best assist the North&Co office, and its dedicated team of real estate agents, with a variety of brand and marketing efforts. This position will be responsible for fulfilling two primary responsibilities.  First, help manage and coordinate all consumer-facing, and company sponsored, marketing and advertising efforts. Second, create and execute a robust platform for  agents to best engage and utilize all the North&Co brand, marketing and advertising efforts.  The goal for this position is to take ownership over the successful choreography and execution of company-to-agent and company-to-consumer marketing and advertising efforts.  Opportunity for future internal growth and advancement.

 

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Company Tasks-

·         Brand manager, for consistency and agent compliance with use of brand standards

·         Coordinate all print advertising efforts with 3rd party ad agency

·         Coordinate efforts for the launch of each new ad campaign, to include cascading creative, templates, and communication to agents

·         Create and/or execute all creative and promotional items for meetings, events and education

·         Organize and manage Dropbox folder content

·         Liaison between 3rd party ad agency

·         Liaison between 3rd party digital media agency

·         Manage website accuracy and content changes

·         Track and manage all online reviews, correspondence and engagement

·         Develop communications plan, to agents for current/new marketing related initiatives

·         Create and manage a back-office system to streamline engagement with agents

·         Teach classes to agents, for field knowledge and technical use (or suggest 3rd party classes/instructors, based on needs)

·         Identify and manage relationships with 3rd party outsourcing (creative/design)

·         Establish new vendor relationships (print, digital, technology) to refer agents to Agent Support Tasks-

·         Create company print/digital templates (from original campaign creative designed by ad agency)

·         Create/manage library of templates for seller marketing and advertising

·         Create/manage library of templates for buyer marketing and advertising

·         Create/manage library of template for agent, personal-presentation, materials

·         Work with agents to develop print/digital marketing plans, coordinate and outsource creative

  • Requires a friendly and can-do attitude with staff and sales agents
  • Ability to work with multiple people and projects at one time
  • Ability to comprehend and carry out instructions
  • Ability to read, write, speak and hear English
  • Proficient Adobe office suite

 

Experience & Education:

  • Ideal Candidate has a minimum of one year of experience in marketing, advertising or communications
  • Graphic design experience a plus

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Requires ability to bend, stoop, lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
  • Requires ability to sit at a desk for long periods of time
  • Requires ability to stand for long period of time
