Required Skills and Experience

  • Advanced knowledge and hands-on skills in digital, web and print graphics
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC (Including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Acrobat), Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS and WordPress
  • A general understanding of the printing process
  • Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
  • Top notch English language verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize work to accomplish objectives
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to present ideas, designs and concepts to internal stakeholders
  • Must possess high degree of accountability
  • Actively support the objectives of others and participate as a team member
  • Demonstrate a consistent, dependable and positive work ethic
  • Ability to learn new skills, adapt work habits, and remain flexible through company growth and change
  • Bachelor’s degree in fine arts and graphic design required
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience preferred


  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns following Company standards/guidelines to assist with a variety of departments (Sales, People Services, etc.)
  • Concept, design and produce marketing materials including:  digital and print ads, e-blasts, websites and landing pages, multimedia presentations, sales proposals, corporate identity, logos, direct mail, sales collateral, posters, trade show exhibits, newsletters, brochures, promotional campaigns and more
  • Day-to-day production work on marketing materials in process, which includes making alterations and updates to current  and archived files
  • Assist with photo shoots, press checks and proofing. Sending approved files to media outlets
  • Manage and take ownership of assigned design projects, which includes attending kick-off or update meetings regarding projects.
  • Interact with outside agencies, as well as print and design vendors when needed
  • Prepare mock-ups, presentation boards and production-ready files
  • Maintain photo and video archives
