Role Description:

  • 5-10 Years experience providing software project and solution support to large enterprise clients
  • Great at building strong relationships with customers
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Hands-on practitioner of Customer Success processes and adoption best practices
  • Proven track record launching cloud-based solutions and maintaining P&L with clients
  • Ability to build and lead teams, with a passion for developing people
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, Self-starter and creative
  • Proven track record to up sell more licenses and services
  • 25% travel required
  • Prefer bachelor's and master's degree, but not necessary
  • Western US location desired, preferably Phoenix
