Customer Success & Delivery Associate

Our company is the leading solution for large enterprise clients, helping employees create insightful and intentional conversations. These conversations significantly increase employee engagement, retention and knowledge transfer. Our clients include Airbnb, Marriott, YPO, and others! - 3-5 years' experience providing software project and solution support to large enterprise clients
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Hands-on practitioner of Customer Success processes and adoption best practices
- Proven track record launching cloud-based solutions with clients
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, Self-starter and creative
- Proven track record to up sell more licenses and services a plus
- Prefer bachelor's degree, but not necessary
- Western US location desired, preferably Phoenix
