Job Summary:

An AccountManager ("AM") is the main point of contact between Clients and the Agency. The AM is responsible for ensuring that the agency is meeting the Client's needs and is working with all the key agency teammates needed to create the Client RESULTS.

Specific responsibilities includes:

  • Ensure new Client onboarding is successful
  • Manage Client expectations against agency deliverable
  • Manage Clients budgets
  • Lead regular Client meetings to review campaigns to ensure advertising results are going as planned
  • Identify any at risk clients and work with strategy and delivery teams to improve results expediently
  • Update Client regarding any changes to technology enhancements now available mediums to offer agency services whenever possible
  • Nurture business relationships; explore any potential referrals from existing Client portfolio
  • Prepare all internal paperwork.
  • Prepare or review of Client research and formal presentations, preparation of Master Service Agreements("MSA") or other documentation as needed

Qualifications and Skills

3 + years relevant experience

Advertising Agency or Digital Marketing Company experience a plus

Starting Salary

Commensurate with experience
