Rapidly growing full-service advertising agency, in Scottsdale, AZ, seeking full time Account Coordinator.

Applicants must be able to stay organized in a busy, challenging, and exciting work environment. Ability to professionally handle unexpected events and interruptions required. Must maintain a strong attention to details.  This position requires great communication skills to interact with colleagues and executives. We are hoping to attract a top-tier candidate who can come in and make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities:

Preparing Account Services-related Documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals and other client communications and Correspondence.

Obtaining Run Reports for clients and Account Executives

Reporting

Participating in and documenting discussions during meetings and conference calls

Reviewing vendor quotes

Verifying Production Specs

Trafficking Spots/Creative

Maintaining Current work-in-progress records and archives of past project information as appropriate

Market Research

Filing

Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls

Requirements:

3 + years relevant experience

Advertising Agency or Digital Marketing Company experience a plus

Starting Salary:

Commensurate with experience
