Applicants must be able to stay organized in a busy, challenging, and exciting work environment. Ability to professionally handle unexpected events and interruptions required. Must maintain a strong attention to details. This position requires great communication skills to interact with colleagues and executives. Preparing Account Services-related Documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals and other client communications and Correspondence.
Obtaining Run Reports for clients and Account Executives
Participating in and documenting discussions during meetings and conference calls
Reviewing vendor quotes
Verifying Production Specs
Maintaining Current work-in-progress records and archives of past project information as appropriate
Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls
3 + years relevant experience
Advertising Agency or Digital Marketing Company experience a plus
Commensurate with experience
